About our Laboratory
The laboratory was established in 2024 and is engaged in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, and Electrical testing across a wide range of products within these disciplines. The laboratory is equipped with sophisticated testing instruments and supported by a team of dedicated and competent technical professionals committed to delivering accurate, reliable, and timely testing services with a responsive approach and a strong focus on quality.
Mechanical Testing
(Tensile strength, Yield stress, Proof stress, % Elongation, Hardness, Bend test, Torsion test, Wrapping test, Izod & Charpy Impact Test, Mass per Meter etc.
Chemical Analysis
Low alloy steel, carbon steel and stainless steel, cast iron, Copper & its alloys, aluminum & its alloys.
Galvanization Testing
(Uniformity of zinc coating, Mass of zinc coating. Thickness of zinc coating. Adhesion of coating etc.)
Testing of Building materials.
(Compressive strength of Cube, Cores, Water absorption, Efflorescence, Compressive strength of Bricks, Paver block etc.)
Testing of Electrical Items.
